What are the next steps?

We guide you through the entire process, so your business has a real, supported path toward securing the funding it needs to grow.          

• Step (1) Business Registration & Verification Requirements: Ensure your business is properly registered and active with the state (LLC, sole proprietorship, or corporation). Your EIN (Employer Identification Number) will be required for verification.                                                                                                                                        
• Step (2) Business Overview & Current Challenges: We will need you to prepare a short presentation (google slides, google docs, power point) explaining what your business does, the challenges you face, and how you plan to use the funding to grow and improve. This helps us understand your goals and ensures funding goes to businesses that are serious and ready to grow. We will reach back in about 24-48 hours when you've submitted you're short presentation.                                                                                                                       

• Step (3) Application Review & Notification: After submitting your information, our team will review your application within 24–48 hours. You will receive an email notifying you of your approval status. If approved, you will be asked to complete a short follow‑up form with additional details about your grant and provide an electronic signature confirming that you have read and agree to all terms and conditions.                                                                                          

• Step (4) Verification & Compliance Check: After submitting your follow-up form, our team will complete a brief verification process to confirm your identity and the information provided. This may include reviewing your ID, address and any documents related to your grant request. This Verification typically takes 24-72 hours.                                                                                                                                     
• Step (5) Grant Activation & Support: Once your follow-up form and electronic signature are completed, your grant will be activated. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your award, spending guidelines, and support contacts. If you have any questions during the process our team is available to assist you at every step!
